Overview

Program description:
The Autonomous Vehicle Control Engineer Master programme focuses on transferring high level knowledge regarding vehicle technology, engineering, computer science and economics. The application of new technologies and methodologies will ensure that engineers are able to plan, develop, operate and conduct practical and research oriented tasks in the field of autonomous
vehicles. The aim of the programme is to educate the next generation of engineers, who are capable of developing new technologies and handling problems of autonomous vehicles transport systems taking into account environmental and energy management requirements. Furthermore they will be prepared to continuously deepen their knowledge, thus providing up-to-date solutions for new challenges.

Entry requirements:
diploma of BSc in relevant engineering fields; successful admission test; quality of BSc transcript (min 70%), TOEFL (iBt min 80), Cambridge First Certificate or similar level (for further information refer to www.bme.hu)

Admission procedure in general and general requirements: refer to admission regulations at www.bme.hu Minimum criteria: diploma of BSc in engineering fields Steps: – preevaluation of the submitted documents: quality of BSc diploma, quality of BSc transcript (min 70%), obtained credits, additional evaluated aspects: quality of motivation letter, recommendation letter (if available), extra-curricular activities (e.g. involvement in education, research, publication activitites, technical contests, additional language knowledge, etc.) – result of pre-evaluation: admission to MSc programme / electronic test and/or interview / admission rejected – electronic test and interview (via internet) if required: evaluation of language skills (the interview is in English), motivation, attitude, technical preparedness Result: admission to MSc programme /admission rejected
