The aim of the programme is to train professionals with the methodological, IT and business skills required for data analysis and modelling, who are able to combine and apply these skills in independent problem solving and after acquiring the necessary knowledge and practical experience to map problems in new business areas into data analysis problems. They are prepared to continue their studies at Master’s level.

Secondary school completion certificate, B2 level English language certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/ESOL/BEC/ECL/PTE/FCE/CAE/TELC/TOEIC/Euroexam) or Attestation of Language Proficiency in the case of former studies in English.

Entrance exam description:
After submitting all the necessary application documents online, the applicant takes a professional entrance examination (interview) via MS Teams organised by the Admission Committee of the Faculty of Business and Economics. The interview assesses the background knowledge, language skills and motivation of the applicants. The results are measured on a scale of 1-100 and the applicant have to score at least 56 points to get admitted.

Some examples of possible career paths include:
Business Analyst: a business analyst helps companies understand and solve their problems, improve their processes and products, and exploit business opportunities. Their tasks include collecting data, modelling data, analysing data, presenting results and developing recommendations.
Data Analyst: a data analyst is like an investigator in the business world, looking for information hidden in large data sets. Their tasks include preparing data, visualising data, analysing data using statistical and machine learning methods, and interpreting and communicating results.
Financial Analyst: a financial analyst uses financial and accounting data to assess the performance and prospects of companies. Responsibilities include analysing financial statements, budgets, cash flow, investment portfolios and market trends, and developing financial plans and strategies.
Process Analyst: a process analyst advises companies on how to improve their efficiency, competitiveness and profitability. They are responsible for identifying business problems, analysing possible solutions, developing and implementing solutions, and evaluating the business processes.
