Overview

All round international economics, business and finance – highly international and practical. Develop your problem-solving skills, by applying complex economic theory.

Programme Description
The International Economy and Business is a unique business-economics hybrid programme. This programme will mould you into a well-rounded, pragmatic professional – comfortable with complex economic theory, but capable to apply it to solve real-world problems and become a leader.

You will benefit from a sound methodological foundation in multiple disciplines, from econometrics, qualitative methods and usage of analytical software packages. You will strengthen your theoretical and contextual background, which will assist in more prudent and fact-based thinking coupled with soft skill development and building of your emotional intelligence.

Our curriculum is based on a modular system of compulsory-elective courses, which allows you to plan your studies flexibly according to your future career goals. The Navigator programme developed by Corvinus, will assist you in developing conscious career choices at the University.

IEB students enjoy studying in an international and multicultural environment. 90% of our graduating students find jobs in three months mostly in the private sector, but also in public administration and at international organizations.
