Overview
The Doctoral School of Educational Sciences focuses on educational research where features of schools, human aspects, professional methodology meet with contemporary and historical art and educational considerations. Main theories of the tradition of education, teacher training and subject pedagogy are all included in our dissertation topics. The Doctoral School offers a specialisation in Digital Pedagogy.

“The admission procedure consits of the following parts:
- 20-30 minutes long online interview
- evaluation of application documents
Classification of applicants takes place in accordance with the submitted application and the online exam. During the exam, the examinee proves that (s)he is professionally prepared and (s)he must outline his/her research plan briefly. Admission classification is based on 4 aspects:
• a) grade of diploma – 20 points
• b) language proficiency – 20 points
• c) previous academic performance (based on the submitted professional material, decided by the Admission Committee) – 25 points
• d) professional discussion – 35 points
Applicants can score 100 maximum points. Only those will be classified who score at least 60 points. Based on the decision of the Admission Committee, the Council of the Doctoral School classifies the applicants and makes a proposal to the Head of the Doctorate and Habilitation Council
Those applicants who gain less than 5 points in any section of the admission procedure will be rejected.
